Randomness due to the disappearing chord...

I am REALLY great at losing the USB chord that lets me upload my pics to my computer. It's not frustrating AT ALL....needless to say, after several weeks I finally gave up and ordered a new one...so now you have lots of random pictures =)

This is our most recent trip to the lake...lots of fun, fishing, and food!! It doesn't get much better than that!? Thank you Todd & Tammy Tam Tam! This is Mimi, a very good friend of mine who is also a fourth grade teacher AND an expecting mommy!! (Hmmm...wonder why we're friends??) =)

Yea, Catfish Cove wasn't as successful this time.

We had a fantastic shrimp boil on the boat, yummy! Thanks guys =)

Football season is FINALLY here!! Even though we both had lots of homework, Chap made some yummy ribs to celebrate! Yes, I shared...a little.

School is back in full force and I am pretty in love with my class! I was concerned with the number of girls I had, but they have been very helpful and caring (so far at least...) This is just one of my many cheerleaders , Ripley =)

Chap knew he had lots of ladies to impress this year, so he sent the class flowers on the first day of school. Thanks Mr. Chap!! =)

So, that's been our life the last couple weeks: lake trips, school, school, and football! Hope my blog is current now (Daniel).

Here's a picture of sweet Carter I didn't get to share because of the disappearing chord. Carter and his mommy are coming to visit us this weekend and I can't WAIT!

I just leave mine in the USB port at my computer--it never goes anywhere. Of course, I also have 3 cords, so if one does disappear, I'm pretty set. ;-)

Glad you're back to update. I'm definitely gonna hit up education one day soon. ;-) It's mucho importante, no? ;-)

Jenn, how do you get three chords?? It took me forever to find this one replacement! I tote my laptop back and forth every day to school, and everywhere else. I'm sure that's how it disappears =)

Yes, I'm back...and looking forward to the education views!

Yea!! I've missed you friend! Did you cut your hair shorter?? LOVE IT!! So sweet that Chap sent flowers on the first day of school... I think he's a keeper. ;) Glad you are enjoying your class. Girls are dramatic, but they really are so sweet & helpful! And those ribs look fantastic! Ummm... now you have me craving them! Glad you're back! Love ya!

Hey Jamie!
Yea, I did go a little bit shorter (two more times actually)...once I chopped it I just wanted to keep cutting...it was weird?? The ribs were delicious, and don't you just love our our china?? I didn't really think that one through before posting it, ha!

3 different digital cameras--two of them no longer in use (according to gary because I broke them; according to me, because they just don't make things like they used to, so digital cameras don't last for 6 years). ;-)
Also, you can buy them online.

I have two cords:) One stays at the computer and one stays in my little camera case so that I can upload anywhere w/out having to worry about where it is.
Cute pics! I love how Chap sent flowers to your class! What a sweet and thoughtful hubby!!!
Those ribs just made me REALLY hungry!

Hey Dionne~
I think ya'll have the right idea...I will invest in another chord. Pics are WAY to important to not have a chord at all times!!

Glad you are posting again. I've missed reading about you and Chap. That was sweet of Chap to send flowers. Now I'm thinking I should make some ribs tomorrow for Sunday dinner. Love the picture of Carter.
